How do you earn your $20 bonus?
If you're an existing Fynbos user just send a payment of between $20 and $250 to somebody using their Discord, Slack, Twitter or website identity.
If they already have a Fynbos account, and your payment is the first they’ve received, you’ll both get a $20 bonus.
If they don’t have a Fynbos account, they just need to sign-up and connect the identity that you sent the payment to. As soon as they do, they’ll receive the payment you sent and you'll both get the $20 bonus.
When will I get my bonus and how will it be paid?
As soon as anyone successfully completes a qualifying payment (i.e. a payment to a Fynbos wallet that has never received a payment before) we’ll pay out the $10 bonus to both the sender and receiver using the same linked cards that were used for the payment.
If the payment was sent to a linked identity on the receiver's wallet then the bonus will be $20 to both the sender and receiver.
Is there a limit to the bonus payments I can receive?
There is no hard limit, but you will only receive a bonus for the first 3 payments you send in a 24 hour period.
The referral program is also subject to a fair use restriction which is enforced at Fynbos’s discretion. If we think you’re exceeding the fair use limits of the program we’ll let you know via email.
What if I send the payment to a wallet address and not a linked identity?
If you send the first payment to a wallet but they don't have a linked identity or you don't use it for the payment, you and the receiver will both get a $10 bonus.
You can double that bonus to $20 by encouraging the receiver to connect an online identity to their wallet first and sending the payment to that identity.
